Country Club of Coral Springs

Course in reasonable shape. Except for fairways who are being worked on. This was an excruciating 5 hours and 15 minutes round just because the Marshall let 2 FIVE SUMs ahead of us slowing everyone else down. A clear lack of respect. When we spoke to him were told he could not do anything. I DO NOT RECCOMMEND this course for 100$. Real joke.

Horribly run establishment. Been playing here for 5 years now. Course has been in steady decline over the last year. 4 hour round ALWAYS turns into 5+ hours no matter the day or time you play. We were told the three groups of 5 ppl in front of us were members so they can basically do whatever they want, take forever and drive on the greens. I have always come back because I like the layout and it’s close to home but it’s not worth waiting 10 minutes between every shot. It’s a fake membership sub par course that is not nearly worth $100 on a Friday afternoon. Stay away.

My friends and I played on Jan 31, 2024 at Country Club of Coral Springs. Our tee time was 8:58 AM. We were all excited to play at Country Club of Coral Springs but that excitement was soon tarnished when a ranger approached us at one of the holes in front nine and told us to speed up the play even though we felt we were on pace. We were again harassed by the ranger at the 16th hole to speed up the pace so I asked him what would be the appropriate length of time to complete 18 holes at CC of Coral Springs and he said 4 hours and 10 min. We felt that it’s a bit too fast but continued to play at our normal pace. We finished 18 holes before 1 PM so in less than 4 hours. I understand that one of ranger's responsibilities is to assist with directing the flow of traffic on the course but my friends and I felt that the ranger was too aggressive pushing us to speed up when we were well within the right pace of play.

Nice pickleball facility with eight courts and lights with clubhouse. The courts are a bit narrow with not the usual 10 foot spacing on the side so ATP shots can be more challenging as you don't have as much room. Courts 8 is located next to shrubs so if the ball flies over the fence it's difficult to retrieve. They do have a nice bar and restaurant area as well as shower facilities but surprisingly when we were there at the end of the day the bar was closing. Overall the courts are in nice shape.

We hosted a surprise 40th birthday party for my husband at the spacious and modern clubhouse. Becca (events manager) was so helpful—responsive to my many questions leading up to the event. She ensured everything went as smoothly as possible day of. Our guests had the best time! They allowed us to extend our time by an hour, which was really nice. The bartender was quick and friendly, the passed apps and charcuterie were enjoyed by all! The sunsets on the course are unbeatable. A great venue for a special celebration!

Poorly run place. First, way behind schedule of tee times, with carts all bunched up on the first tee. Second, they don’t have enough golf carts to put your bag on a cart until your tee time. Third, an extremely slow round with waiting on every shot. Fourth, the online reservation was not the tee time that the starter had. Will never go back
